I also enjoy working on my web site and designing new features to Robertamstler.com and completing a fitness video that I am producing.

A big hug and special thank' s to my awesome designer who does of course the most work in creating and building a unique website.

Natural Muscle Magazine photo published this photo of mine after winning the Joe Weider's 2000 Modelquest, with Stars like Cory Everson, Frank Zane, Sharon Bruneau and Kim Chizevsky. Frank Zane and Cory Everson, like Arnold Schwarzenegger, are responsible for bringing Bodybuilding into a positive light these days. I feel honored just being published together with them on the same page.

On a different note, I want to take a moment in remembering Steve Reeves, which funeral I went to last year. He was one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time.
